These are two sepaprate questions
1) Any one have any good ideas for dairy servings that are only a couple of points? I don't drink milk, so I don't get it there. I usually have yogurt or string cheese. Any other ideas?
2) Curves - how many activity pts do you earn for the 30 min workout? I am new to Curves and trying to figure that out.
