Does anyone know what the current price is where Disney will excercise their ability to buy the contract? I'm looking at BWV resale.

Reportedly, DVC will repurchase resales below $56 per point. The resale brokers should be able to advise on this. I also understand that DVC will allow the buyer to revise an offer to allow a purchase if it's too low.

DVC's guideline is 80% of the price of a new point
