Can you use the Mag coupon and a free upgrade coupon or just the Mag. every other phone agent tells me something different???
I figured you guys would know best. Please tell me your experience

One coupon per rental. You cannot combine coupons and codes with Dollar

beebumble, I don't have a definite answer to your question, but I can tell you what I would do. I would reserve the smallest car that I am willing to use with the MAG code (ie. I am willing to take a compact, but really want an intermediate. So I would reserve the compact.) Then when I got there, I would ask about using the upgrade coupon. Remember that the upgrade coupons are only good if they have any available and you can't ask for it in advance.

Also, if you are a fastlane customer, the car you originally reserved will be waiting for you in the fastlane pickup. You will probably have to walk through the garage to your upgrade.

I know this wasn't much help and I know what you mean about the people on the phone. You could talk to three different people and get three different answers. That is why I always wait until I get to the counter and then schmooze the customer service rep! ;)

Also, they seem to be cracking down on the MAG code. The Dollar website now says that you have to show the orlando magic card to get this rate. I printed mine off the internet. PM me if you don't have one and I will tell you how to print one.
