View Full Version : WDW meal vouchers 4 sale venue?
Since the DisAuction site has been down for weeks, does anyone have suggestions for a good place to sell extra vouchers? I do not like EBay for this because it eats $ and usually ends up costing me money instead of making me some!

I was just preparing to order some of these from hotwire, what do you have, and at what price?

Are they allowing us to sell these since DISauctions is down? If so, I have 3 Q&C left over from our September trip for sale. If anyone needs any or all, please PM me and we can work out the details.
I also have 2 kids breakfast vouchers left from our September trip. These include the charactor breakfasts. Please PM me if you are interested in them.

3 Q&Cs are claimed. Thanks!
Since I do not like to use EBay and DisAuctions is out of commission, I am listing them at Overstock Auctions for now. I think that the DisBoards moderators would not like us to use the forums to sell.

You are wanting $75 for 4 Q&C's! That is really outrageous and you are telling people not to do things on the DIS board! Whatever.....
Too bad you judge before you know your facts! The vouchers are listed at $48 which is $12 each.
IF somone chooses to use the 'make it mine' feature, then the vouchers would indeed cost $75. I certainly wouldn't make that choice but that doesn't mean that it needn't be available to someone who may wish to do it. It's called free enterprise.

I saw they were listed as beginning at $48. Free enterprise is one thing, ripping someone off is another. Make it mine $75 is ridicious to even suggest. It is no different than someone selling those free Disney videos on e-bay. I just think it is too bad that for newbies who don't know yet get treated in such a way.

Its not really that bad. I averaged over 18$ per voucher on my last trip (with no trips to pepper marker, and 1 trip to B&C). So I would be near breaking even, even at the Make it mine price. And if a person tried, they could get twice that in food for their purchase.

Actually, there are very few places in the World where you can come out ahead by paying this for these vouchers. Someone would have to be pretty informed to know where to go to even break even on the normal $11.50 cost of these vouchers. On the actual action site, the seller states how much money these vouchers will save the purchaser- I think not.

DISAuctions is working once again. http://www.disboards.com/cgi-bin/auction/main.pl
And "For Sale" and "Wanted to Buy" posts are not permitted on the Budget Board. So this thread will be closed.
