I'm wondering if any of you have seen a full-size car from National that seats 6 or are the full size models with bucket seats up front? I know that the National website states that the full size car seats 5 + 3 bags of luggage. Thanks for any info.

I had a Chevy Lumina in May, it had a split bench seat in the front. There were only seat belts for 5. The other full sizes I have had were front bucket seats (Chevy Malibu, Toyota Camry, Pontiac Grand Prix), also seat belts for 5.

Had an Impala, huge trunk and a full seat with 2 shoulder and one lap belt in the front and three in the back. They look small, but, they really are deceptive.

Yes, you are right, the LaSabre is considered a Premium Vehicle in the National Fleet, along with the Pontiac Bonneville and Chrysler Concorde.

Wow! I didn't realize we had a premium - now I really feel I got more bang for my buck!!!
I rented a full size through National the week of July 4th, and was really hoping for something roomier with EA, but it did not happen. The only full size available was the Chevy Malibu, in 3-4 different colors. We chose 1 with New York plates(we are from NC)because my kids wanted to look for other NY plates going to WDW. I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the trunk, though, and the gas mileage was great(I have a gas-guzzling van). I have 4 kids, and it was barely big enough for the 5 of us, so I would not try to fit 5 adults. I was offered a premium for $5 more per day, but for an 11-day rental, I declined. I may have considered it for just a week or less.
