Please, what is the best route from Kissimmee to Port Canaveral ?? How many miles and time ?

Depending on your starting point, take I-4 to the Bee Line (528) and it's pretty much a straight shot from there if you follow the signs. About 30 to 45 mins. from airport and 45 to an hour from WDW.
