Has anyone used Direct Travel?

I'm looking for feedback for Direct Travel - they have given us a good quote for next summer, but I'd never come across them before.

They are part of the My Travel group (with Airtours, Cosmos, etc.), so I am happy that they are legitimate, but just wondered if anyone had first hand experience of them.

I'll be interested in any replies also as we've booked with Direct for next October - definitely the best deal we could find for a fly-drive from Glasgow direct to Sanford - we *really* wanted to avoid connecting flights.

I've spoken to people in the past who have used Direct Travel for their summer holidays and have yet to hear of a (valid) complaint.

I guess from my point of view having booked fly-drive, our main concern will be the flight (checking in, pre-booked seats-will there be any hiccups with them, leg room, meals, etc).

Certainly the staff on the phone are as helpful as any I have come across.

I guess I'm just looking for 'the catch' as their prices are so much cheaper than the other quotes we've found! ;)
