Oh how excited I'm getting, more and more as I read the messages and countdown to the Morning of Oct 8th.
We'll be at POP Oct 8th - 15th and WERE GOING NO MATTER WHAT - IF THE PLANE IS FLYING WE'LL BE THERE RAIN OR SHINE.
Anyone going on Friday Morning - See you at Toronto Airport with my DH & 2 DD (3 & 4). Were flying Skyservice 7am flight.

Wait a minute am I down to single digits.......lets think - Not counting today and Not counting next Friday I have 9 days left.

ljane1.... we fly out on Air transat at 6:30am on the 8th from TO so we'll wave to you as we leave.... really excited but really wishing I'd booked a flight a bit later.... that 3am pick up by the airport limo is gonna kill me!!lol

The early airport p/u and the hour plus drive so early in the morning is exactly why we stay at an airport hotel with park and fly the night before.

Check in....have a lovely dinner....usually the Keg....go swimming... relax... and have the hotel shuttle drop us off-only a 5 minute drive to the terminal (still early but doesn't seem like you are getting up at the crack of stupid just to wait in line).

I'm planning on doing the hotel thing the night before, just looking for a decent price...........I don't feel like paying $200.00 the night before we leave.

b/c of our early departure on the 8th we did seriously consider doing an airport hotel but we wouldn't get there to enjoy it until at least 8 or 9pm b/c dh has to work on the thursday (and I'm sure he'll get home late :rolleyes: nature of the beast when you're management trying to get ready to take a vacation.... no one can do the job like he can you know :rolleyes: ) Plus the kids never settle down in a hotel (not that they will at home but.....)

So that's why we opted for the red car transport service..... really hoping I can convince the driver to make a stop at Timmy's for me :drinking1 gotta have my tea even if it is Decaf!!

so we'll be the family of 4 (dh, me, 10yo ds and 4.5yo ds in his real black cowboy hat ;) just look for the mini Allan Jackson!!lol) we should be at the airport by about 3:45am on the 8th :teeth:
