We're from Richmond where I am well versed in coat and tie dress; however having visited Florida many years I know it is a little more relaxed there. Do I need to pack the little black dress or would a Lilly top and skirt suffice? Anyone in the know about this? We leave Thursday and I'm just now thinking about packing:p

I've worn nice slacks and a dressy top.
Dresses are fine too- I just prefer pants.
On our meal before last, the party ahead of us included a lady wearing jeans and sneakers. And the party 2 ahead of us, the gentleman had to go back out to his car to get his jacket. Jackets for men are required.
Have a great time!!

Oh, no...that is bad news to me!!:(
For ladies, you will see a variety. I've seen formal wear, lots of "little black dresses", some nice skirts with dressy tops. Like Flower, I prefer slacks these days so I've worn dressy pants suits the last few times we've dined there...the kind you might wear to a wedding or cocktail party.

I wore a street length black dress with pearls and heels, and felt very appropriately dressed. :) There were many who were much glitzier, sequins and even a couple of gowns, but I think the little black dress is more the norm. Enjoy!

These days, Mrs. Uncleromulus usually wears a nice pants suit to V&A. I wear a wash n' wear blue sport coat and tan slacks.
So your Lilly top and skirt should be just fine.
Note: I'm all for casual at WDW, but at V&A jeans are simply not appropriate.

Alexedan, I wore a little cashmere D&G top with a long black skirt and heels. DH wore a black sportcoat and tie. You can wear pretty much anything from nice to truly formal!

I wore black crepe type dress pans and my top was velvet with sparkles and low black sandles.

I wore a nice little cocktail dress - not my little black, but very close to it and definately as dressy... and dressy heeled sandals. I wish I had other shoes, but couldn't afford the suitcase space!
You should be fine in whatever you feel comfortable in. I would say buisness attire or better is expected.
Jeans! I don't think so!

I pack the little black dress..hubby black suit.
When we were there last month..most everyone was dressed the same. One lady in a sleeveless more casual type dress.

I wore a long black speg. strap "velvety" type dress. I felt beautiful and totally great for dinner. EVERYONE was dressed up at V&A...
