Evening all how are you all on this dark evening?

havent been about this week much due to HELLLLISH evil things going on with various things at work so figured i'd see how you are all doing and if your all relaxing.

im currently playing majhong on the web and listening to music, chilling out before i go pick my dear wife up from her late shift at the hospital. and no doubt when i get back we'll be watching finding nemo as i just bought her a new copy on dvd(last copy developed a scratch that prevents large chunks from playing) so she'll be bouncing around like dori no doubt.

by the way a few people wanted to say hi to you all.

hehe they thank you for your compliments

most of those were bought from the disney store over the past year. however the REALLY big one you see at the back i won from a arcade machine in lyme regis, the bagpuss i won in weston, and one of the other eeyores i won in weston :) im a dab hand with those claw machines.

umm tips.......... ummm lol

basically i just look for one or two that arent to clumped together and have their bums in the air. its common for people to go for their heads but most of their weight and size is in their bums. so if you grab that bit of them they are less likely to fall out the claw as its the bigger end and their more balanced.

dont go for ones tightly clumped together and ones on their own. 3 or 4 loose together enables you to use 3 to move one so its bum is in the air.

etc etc hehehe hope that helps :)

My daughter is an Eyeore nut so I'll have to show her this this evening.

So you're a bum man then;) but I don't think you want to go on about that being the bigger end too much;) ;)

Happy Friday:wave:

you're more than welcome. one piece of advice i will offer,

its a common thing when you start a course to go in all guns blazing and doing shedloads of work and assignments a million pages long. Dont do that because you will burnout and lose motivation.

Instead read the grading critera carefully and do whats required to get the top grade instead of going overboard and still only getting the same grade.

believe me i learnt this the hard way heh.

oh and we added a new eeyore to our collection at the weekend. we went down to st Ives in cornwall for a day trip and there was a winnie the pooh shop there. and lo and behold a new eeyore was out. with rough stitching round his edges and a stitched patch on his belly. will post a pic tonight if i get a chance. i also won a fish that looks remarkably like nemo(not an official disney one unfortunatly) from a claw machine :P only cost me 40 pence too heh.
