How soon can I rejoin Hot wire saving club. I joined in 2003
and then quit in the Spring of 2004 because I was not using it
anymore. Now I would like to rejoin an buy tickets and vouchers.
Anyone tried to do this?

You are not supposed to be able to rejoin for 1 year, although some people have reported success with a comination of a different person, address and credit card. Your spouse could join if you had a different address/credit card. I think they may control it by household address. Another option is to join a related company like Simple Escapes, but the cost is higher for that company.

Good idea,
I could do it in my husband's name and business address
I can give that a try, I will still have to pay with my credit card (he doesn't have one that I could use), but hopefully they don't match up credit card addresses with old users.
Thanks for the suggestion!

Last week I signed on to buy something at Hotwire Savings Club and got back a message that my account had been cancelled. I hadn't used it in a couple of months, but I had not cancelled it.
It was on the weekend, so I had to wait until Monday to get a real person on the phone. She didn't know why it had been cancelled, but told me that I could sign up again using a different credit card.
I had to go back online to do the signup and it worked. The good thing was that I was able to order some of the gift cards that I had maxed out on with my old account. I also got the free month and the $10 rebate just like I was a totally new customer.
Maybe that was to make up for the cancellation, but I was happy with the outcome after just a slight inconvenience.

I cancelled around Christmas time last year and rejoined a few weeks ago. I used my DH's e-mail address but same home address. I think I used a different credit card also. I have had no problems.
