Another new Emerald Club user!! Please help!

I have a car reserved for our trip in Oct. through National and am an Emerald Club member. The reservation says my level of service is "counter" - what does that mean?? Does this mean that I don't have Emerald Aisle? I couldn't really see how to get that when I made my ressie. This is our first trip and the planning is a little overwhelming!!

When it says counter on your confirmation it means you need to go to the counter to do your paperwork before going to the car. On the reservation screen there is a box underneath the box where you select the type of car you want to reserve. It is in this box that you can select Emerald Aisle, Counter, or at some locations Emerald Choice. You should also keep in mind that National only allows Emerald Aisle service for intermediate and full size car classes. What kind of vehicle did you reserve?

i did reserve an intermediate car. did not see the box you are talking about but will go back and check that out-thanks!
