My DW and I are going to disney this upcoming weekend. Let me tell you the week will not go fast enough. The last time we were there was in Aug 2001. I've seen that there are some new attractions but I wanted to know what new attractions do the DISers suggest.
THANKS:wave:

Mickey's Philharmagic is not only my favorite new attraction, it is on my short list of must-dos. I you like something with more zing, try Space and Test Track.

Mission Space is a great new ride. Its a must do at EPCOT. The new Stitch ride at MK may be opening soon, can't wait. At MK the philharmagic is a great new attraction.

Mission: Space is certainly well worth the trip. Word of caution, though... if you are subject to motion sickness, you might try Dramamine. DW-to-be and I went on it and while I had no ill effects, she had to sit the next round out. Mickey's Philharmagic is a wonderful attraction as well... fun for everyone.

We're going to miss Stich's Great Escape this time around (where's that AP when you need it?) but that's something to look forward to in 2005.

I have to agree with previous posters.

Mickey's Philharmagic is a must!!!

And Wishes is wonderful! Its my favorite fireworks show yet. And the music is so moving. I am a sucker for any songs sung by children (like True Colors from the Imagination ride...that did it for me, too). Anyway...its a must see!

Have Fun!!

I have never actually heard wishes or seen it in favorable conditions. The only time I saw it was a boat ride out of the contemporary. We had a very nice guy driving the boat who seemed to know more about WDW than Eisner does:D I would have been happy but it was late Jan. and it was kind of drizzling out. We wer freezing. Although it was great bundled up in the blankets on the boat. I was still a little cold though. This time since we are leaving on a saturday after noon and getting there early enough to watch one fireworks show that night I want to go in the park and listen to wishes.

I agree with Mickey's Philharmagic, Wishes and Mission Space. 2001 was the last time we went also. We were able to go this past September and really loved the new additions!

Just tried out Stitch's great escape with my 5 year old son. big mistake. He completely freaked out after feeling "stitch" breathe smelly air on his neck and shake the seat. It is the same scary set up that the Alien's attraction had. My poor kid decided he didnt like Stitch anymore. Of course, the only one to blame is myself- because the ride clearly indicated that small children may find ride scary. I am just disappointed that they chose "Stitch" to be the mascot for this ride. My kids loved the movie and assumed the ride would be fun too. If the ride is going to be scary- use an "adult" themed mascot so little kids won't be misled.

Nuf said.

I did LOVE Mickey's philharmagic. Absolutely wonderful!

Most of us loved (my DD wasn't too sure about MS) loved Fantasmic and Mission Space. We didn't have the sickness issues with MS and Fantasmic was just wonderful. We missed a lot of shows last time we went and go to really see them this time. WDW does put on some great shows!

Looking forward to Lights, Motors, Action! and Soarin', and I hear rumor that Everest will be open at the end of '05, instead of '06.

Philharmagic is amazing! I'm really disappointed to hear that the Stitch ride is basically the same as the Alien ride was, I went on that with a friend a few years ago and she was so scared she almost started crying and it took her 5-10 minutes to calm down after we exited the ride (and we were 20 years old at the time!)
