EZ Car Rental

I have reserved a car with EZ Car Rental on my upcomming trip. Has anyone used them before?

I know some people on the board have not been happy with this company but they got us out of a tough spot in Jan 04. We reserved a large van with Orlando Rental Car and they said they would meet us at the baggage claim. After waiting nearly 2 hours and calling so many times we filled up their answernig machine we went back inside and checked the car rental places. Can't really rent a 16-passenger van there. A guy at Budget (I think) suggested E-Z because they have the large vans. Within minutes we were on a shuttle and ended up getting a nearly new 16-passenger van for a good price (my husband had to work on this a bit but he got it). Drop off was very easy also. I know others will say they weren't happy but they really made what started out as a bad first day much easier for the 11 of us!
