Okay, I have decided (finally) to get my butt in gear and come back where I NEED to be. I stopped Atkins in April, gained back a lot of weight (nuff said there) and am back. I am starting South Beach today. DH is starting with me.
Just wanted to check in. :wave:

I just came back a week or so ago myself. I guess we were both AOL. :p I'm glad we BOTH came to our senses and got back with the program.

Ok now that I have opened my big mouth, this is my incentive to lose so when I see you im skinnier then the last time you saw me!

Ha Ha! Believe me, I'd want to be thinner than the last time you saw me too! Actually, I am 5lbs. lighter than I was then... LOL :teeth:

Since I first posted on this, I am now 5 pounds lighter, I started the Atkins Diet on Wednesday and have lost about a pound a day.
My only problem is this weekend im going to a wedding....and then in two more weeks, my best friend of 20 years (since we were 10!) Is getting married, this is really going to be a rough month for me!

Im hoping to lose another 25 pounds before I go to Disney, but that is on Nov 26th...who knows, anything I lose I will be happy but my goal was 30 before Disney and then my final goal is ALOT MORE THEN THAT...lol
