20041020: October 20, 2004 MNSSHP Meet

I peeked in here and saw no one has posted a MNSSHP meet yet sooooooooooooooooooooooo

How about one on October 20th???

We have a PS at LTT for 4:30 so I think a quick photo op meet before the Party starts in the holding area would be wonderful!

Any takers???

I've never been to MNSSHP, so I am not sure where the holding area is?? I don't know if we'd make it, I have 5:15 PS at CP before the party.

I beleive.... but could be wrong... that the holding area is in Tomorrowland, between 6 pm when the park closes and 7 pm when the party starts.

Maybe a 630pm meet, giving us a bit of time to chat.

We have a 5:40 LTT ps, so 6:30 wouldn't allow enough time for us to eat and then get over to Tomorrowland.

We've been to MVMCP a couple of times, and while they did shut down the rides at 6:00 for a hour, we had no problem just walking around since we had the wristbands. Do they do it differently for MNSSHP? If it's not a issue, maybe we can just meet by LTT or the Hall of Presidents or somewhere in that area around 6:45 or so? Just a suggestion.

I'll be there that night, but I'm having a birthday get together with a small group of friends, so I'm not going to join a formal meet. However, if you happen to see me, feel free to come up and say hi. I'll be wearing the homemade Jolly Holiday Mary Poppins costume that I keep bragging about. :)

I will be dresses as a woodland fairy and my DD's are dd5 Josey (as in the ***** cats) and dd3 will be Dora, and we are going with a family that is Toy Story to the max!

Who knew Josie was so hot she had to be censored :D . I'll feel silly if we do meet, as only my kids are wearing costumes. I'll have to write all these down so I know who I'm looking for.

We'll try to make the meet, too -- we have a 5:00 PS at Boma, then have to head back to POR to get dressed (we'll be a bride and groom) and catch the bus to the MK. Hope to see everyone there!

ACK! I just read that the crowd is held in Tomorrowland between 6-7 so meeting at the HM around 630 seems out of the question.

Sooooooooooooo How about meeting in Tomorrowland under the Tomorrowland transit authority(aka peoplemover, for us old folks) bridge that is near the Speedway.... (as appose to the TTA bridge near Space MOuntian.

So is this now the final word? Still not sure when we'll be done with dinner, but I want to know where to look if we make it.

I know I'll be seeing Patabel and KrnB already, since we're on the same plane and the same hotel :D .

Looks like that will be our situation, as well. Our PS isn't until 5:40. We'll watch for your group, Laura, as well as for the "blond Pocohontas and Shanti":teeth: . Maybe we can have a very quick meet between everyone's PS!

And Jay-Jay and Angiebelle - we'll keep a watch out for you throughout the evening!

Sorry about missing the meet.... the people we came with were late, I had their tickets and the whole thing was a nightmare. We didnt even make our PS at LTT! I am soooooo upset with them it isnt funny.

But we did have a great time at MNSSHP with one exception... I was unable to buy a pin for that night. I was told by 2 cm's that I could buy the MNNSHP pins at the Expo... what I wasnt told was at the Expo all they have was the old MNSSHP pins, not the current one..... I waited until the end of the night, and there was no way the girls could wait in yet another line, so no doubleing back for me. SO I have 4 pins, but none from the 20th. Sucks. My friends suck.

I was at the party on the 20th also. I didn't really like the pin they had for that night (Queen of Hearts and Big Bad Wolf), so bought one from the previous party as well as passholder pin at Expo hall.

I bought the pin on the 20th too. It's not real cute, but I wanted to have the one from the night we were there.

Did anyone meet? I didn't make it over there. I did see Patabel and KrnB, we rode the bus together from the Boardwalk.
