This just came across in my email... The Courtyard by Marriott in Downtown Disney has released more dates for their $29.00/night rate... Here's the info that was sent out.... Looks like you must call the resort directly for the rate...

That special Dream Rate is offered on a space available basis, December 2 to 6; 9 to 13; and
