Has anyone used Hotwire.com for airline tickets. I am trying to find a ticket for my friend
who will be flying out of St.Louis in Sept and all the tickets are over 250.00. Hotwire gave me
a 180.00 rate but I haven't ever used or heard of them until today so I would appreciate some help. Thanks

Hotwire is great. We have used them. I believe there is also a code out for $25 off any hotwire airline ticket purchase, but I can't remember where I saw it.
Anyone?

PTKeil,
What were you flights like? Did you have long layovers or strange times for your flights? Any help would be
appreciated. I've heard w/Priceline you end up with long layovers and flights that take all day. I was wondering what
it was like with Hotwire.com. Thanks

I've used them to book airfare for a business convention for my boss. He flew from Chicago to Boston and had decent flight times, but a stopover each way. He got US Air and when I tried to book the same flight on their website, their prices were significantly higher, so he was happy with the deal. Good luck.
