Proofs

Has anyone else ordered their wedding proofs? We did and were VERY disappointed. About 50% of the pictures were off centered and people were cut out. Also, we only received 113 proof when 126 were shown on the website. Anyone else have this problem??? I feel like I did not get my money's worth!

Megan - I would DPS and tell them your concerns. Perhaps you can get them to reprint the ones you are unhappy with. At the very least you should be able to get copies of the pictures that are on the website but that you didn't get prints of. Disney charges a lot of money for you get copies of all the proofs, I don't think it would be too much to ask that you get proofs of ALL the pictures!

I'm sorry that you are disappointed with your proofs. I would definately let them know that you aren't pleased with them. I have a quick question for you. How did you let them know that you wanted copies of the proofs and how much were they? Thanks.

Hi!

noodle7729---You can order ALL of your proofs BEFORE the wedding for $225. No one ever told us this until AFTER the fact...if you want to order them AFTER the wedding, to get the discounted price of $5 per photo you must order ALL of them which would have cost us $600 +. My suggestion is that if you want to order them, talk to your EM and order them before for $225...it is a MUCH better deal!

I know that the intimate wedding comes with 11-12 prints with the package, but do you still get them if you pay the $225 for all the proofs?

but Andrew told me that he will send all the proof to us for free in 4x6 ?
please can someone clarify this? what is the different between the one that have to order prior for $225 and the one that andrew was talking about?

The photography packages for intimate and custom weddings are different. If you are having a custom wedding, and using DPS you get copies of all of your proofs. But I think the proofs are 4x5 not 4x6. The proofs we got from our MK photo shoot were 4x5

LK03 ---I received my 12 print (4X6) album which was included. I paid $225 for ALL of the photos (proofs 4X5) taken at my wedding....I had an intimate package...
