Just loolking around and NWA is under $200 RT, yes that's right under 200. get it direct from them not one of the online services to save the booking fee.

I got a great rate on NWA out of Duluth for our January trip.

Best deal we've had in a long time. LOL

WOO HOO! No 8 hour round-trip to the airport and no need to stay overnight in the cities! I'm THRILLED.

zulaya, I bet you'd find something for your dates. Good luck!

I checked last night for June dates next year and the best I could find was over $260. I did check my current December itinerary and that flight schedule is $216.

I couldn't find anything UNDER $200

Hey! What happened here? I was sure there was something in NorthWest's incorporation documents about screwing Minnesotans on airfare, but maybe they changed that. Or maybe there's competition on the way?

Good luck all!

pumpkinboy...that's usually the case...it seems to be for just the next couple months for now, but thanks for the laugh!

did someone say.... southwest, jetblue, or even spirit????? I WISH! Sun Country just isn't enough competition for NWA.

Oh wait, this is MSP and we will pay high prices forever and ever with NWA.. THey have such as stranglehold on this market..... you can find ok prices, but not great prices unless you are really on top of the ball and get lucky......

Good luck.....

Just checked and our November airfare is the same as it was when booked a few months ago - $237. Watch for those AirTran specials - sometimes they're $89 (one way) MSP to MCO.

Competition for NWA? I s'pose we can dream...

Susan

MNSusan--

Totally agree! I so wish we could get Southwest up here.
By the way...Howdy neighbor! I am just up the road from you and grew up in Shoreview!

thought it was strange when i checked expedia and all of the major carriers were under $230. checked it a couple hours later and thats when NWA was under $200. so I just had to get them because anytime NWA is under $300 its a deal for them and their money hungery ways. Still not the $140 rt we had with AA last time we went but close enough.

Hi zulaya!

Boy, you are close. And didn't stray far from home. Neither did I - grew up in WBL.

Will Jet Blue or Spirit ever think of MSP as an attractive place to fly (or better yet, land)?
