Can anyone recommend a good Ab video??

I go to the gym, and do lots of crunches, but my abs never get sore anymore, I feel like I am just not working them. Any videos you recommend?

I do Windsor Pilates. I feel my abs everytime I do it. I have also seen a big difference in the tone of my tummy.

I just LOVE Winsor Pilates. There are a couple different levels if you are really looking to get a challenge. Me, I'm still on the 20 min and the next one up from that. I actually own the advanced level, just not there yet. I still love it though.

I am a FIRM Believer. They have several tapes that address abs as part of a full workout. But my favorite is Ab Sculpt, which is 20+ minutes devoted solely to abs. The only problem is that they use their "famous" fanny lifter as part of the routine. You may be able to adapt, using a bench or foot stool.
