Just heard that Virgin are planning 6, possibly 7 flights from the UK tomorrow to mco.
3 from lgw, 2 from lhr and 1 or 2 from man.
That should help with the backlog.

Got a mate who was due to fly home with Travel City Direct on Friday and their flight was cancelled - now due to fly home today (Monday) - not going to be back in work till Wednesday - his kids will have missed the first week of school. Don't know the situation with accomodation, insurance etc till he gets back. However it pales into insignicance compared with the guy here who was in New York on September 11 2001 - he had to get a ship back because there were no flights - he got back 2 and half weeks late!!! Luckily the works admin didn't deduct any of this from his annual leave

Don't really know, but my best guess would be from some of their Caribbean flights.

I would have thought the extra planes would be coming from the other flights that they have cancelled. I believe they have cancelled all flights to barbedos and st lucia for tomorrow and possibly wednesday due to hurricane ivan.
