Maybe this is a stupid question, but..........
From what I understand CRT breakfast is all you can eat & pre-plated. Does that mean you get a little bit of everything offered on your plate?
There is a set menu, everyone gets the same thing, and they bring you out a plate with your food already on it. If you want more of anything, you can ask for it.

For Cinderella's Royal Table breakfast you start off with a small basket of muffins and such, and a bowl of fruit for the table. Your plate will have sausage, bacon, the stuffed french toast, the potatoe cassorele and egss
Your server will bring more of anything you want
trying to remember from memory - and we were just there last week

Thanks for the replies! :D
Another question: Do kids get the same as adults?

Nope, kids get french toast sticks and bacon or sausage. (It's been a while). Adults can also get a healthy breakfast with granola and yoghurt and fruit.
If you want anything else, just ask your server for more.

We have one DD who won't eat stuff like French Toast. They gladly brought her a dish of scrambled eggs instead. I got the impression they will bring for them (or for anyone) the elements of the meal you will eat and enjoy and will leave in the kitchen those items you won't.
