What good does it do when they don't fill orders? I'm still waiting on a Target GC order from sometime earlier this year!

They did run into problems starting towards the end of last year. But they are trying to get it straightened out. While I am owed a GC for Target from Janaury, the one I ordered in May came in 30 days as promised and they are giving everyone who is owed GC bonus points each month until all the back orders are filled. According to the schedule they emailed me, I will get my back order GC by the end of summer. I gave them a 2nd chance and they seem to be keeping up with the current orders.

I am sticking with them. I am owed a gc from February, but I too got the letter that I should have it by the end of the summer. I also have been getting bonus points the past couple months, which has helped push me up. I am not cashing out again till I receive my gc, but I am very impressed in the way they are trying to compensate for the delay.

Each of us has a Wal-Mart certificate from early to mid May. Should I write to complain and see about bonus points? What do they consider a delay?

clkelley, I would definitely email them. In the email I got asking for me to continue with them and be patient they promised to fill all new orders within 30 days or they would start giving major amounts of bonus points. These were to be separate from the monthly bonus points for the back ordered GC. If I remember correctly, the new within 30 day policy started sometime in May. I ordered a $10 Target on 5/23 and recieved it on 6/19.

The response i received was that the only ones receiving bonus points were the ones who had waited during the winter. Otherwise, basically us new ones can now sit and wait too. On the redemption page it does now say 12 to 16 points when you redeem but we are waiting for 1 April, 1 May and 2 June.
