Should be out later tonight or tomorrow. Probably the same as Charley. As a New Englander, they're pretty good with snowstorms as well, meaning they'll adjust accordingly and you won't be penalized.

I would keep checking the Delta website. They will be doing lots of updates I am sure in the next couple of days.

Ok...I rescheduled our trip for Sept 6-13th with no problem at all with Delta, got the exact flights I wanted and the girl was very helpful.
Here is what happened though, I tried all day long to get ahold of the 800 number and it constantly rang busy, with so many calling..so we drove to the airport and changed the flights there. They had phones by the check in desks that you could speak to a Delta Person immediately rather than stand in the check in line....:sunny:

Delta was very accomodating when our flight got cancelled on 8/13 due to hurricane Charley. We were booked on another flight the following evening with no penalty.
On another note, I was surprised to hear from the agent that many people were angry with Delta that their flights were cancelled and she thanked me profusely for being so patient. They had no control over the closure of MCO. Unfortunately we ended up on a connecting red eye flight the next evening, but the gate agent was at least able to seat our family 5 together. I'm very happy with the way they handled the situation.
