hi - we're going in november and again the next october (on the cruise) - so we're going to get annual passports for this trip - i'm going to get it a voucher at the disney store - but does it have to be activated before you check into the hotel - or can you check in & then go to the park the next day to activate - thanks kiddisney

Some people have reported that they were able to obtain the AP Holder discount by presenting their voucher at check-in, while others have had to activate the voucher and return to the front desk with the activated pass either later in the day or the next day. It must depend on the Cast Member checking you in!
