Just found out we can stay 5 days instead of 4...

Just found out today that my DH can be off work one day longer than we had anticipated. We are arriving late afternoon Saturday (driving) and attending Chef Mickeys that night. We were going to buy a 4-day park hopper for the 4 days (Sun., Mon., Tus., and Wed.) we were there, but now that we can stay an extra day, if I can get reservations, should we buy the 5 day park hopper or will a 3 yr. old get her fill in 4 days? Should we just hang out at the pool or go to Sea World or the beach on the extra day?

I would stick with the 4 day and would have the 3rd day of the trip be the day we just used the resorts pool and hung out there. This will allow your 3 yr old and yourself time to recharge yourself. Enjoy your visit!

We just returned a week ago with our 3yo. We bought the 4 day hopper and only used 3 days. We learned very quickly that we had to take it easy with him. There is just so much to do and he really got tired quickly. We had a great time, but had to limit how much we did in a day. Remember, though if you do get the 5 day, they never expire.
