We will be arriving at MCO at 6:39pm... taking a towncar to POFQ (no checked luggage and no grocery stop) Is it possible to get to POFQ, check in and then get to OHanas' for dinner in time for to see Wishes @ 8:00? If not would we have time to get there and eat and then go see the Electric Water Pagent? That's @ 9:00 right or is it 9:30? thanks for any info.

Okay, I'll be the bearer of the bad news. Chances? Slim to none of being at Ohanas by 8:00. Why? 6:39 arrival - need to be on time or early; once the doors open it takes 5 - 10 minutes to de-plane (depending on plane size and your seats); another estimated 10 minutes to walk the terminal, catch the tram, and walk the terminal.
So, if your ontime you will be in the towncar by 7:00 (very optimistic).
20 - 30 minutes to POFQ. Anyone else in line at check in? How long to the room? And then how are you getting to Ohanas. That would all have to be done in less than 45 minutes!! Wishes no. Electric Water Pageant maybe. Sorry.

Nope, not gonna happen. But if it does, some pixie dust was REALLY sprinkled on you!
The arrival time is usually when your plane lands. You gotta wait for EVERYBODY to get off, then stand around for the luggage. Load up the towncar, it takes a good 20-30 minutes just to drive from the airport to WDW, if I remember right. Then stand in line, get all the info, drag your bags to the room. Somewhere along the way someones gotta potty, which takes even more time ;)
THEN you have to rely on Disney transportation to get you to Poly, which can often take awhile...
PLUS just because your PS is at 8pm, doesn't mean you'll get seated then. Esp during Wishes timing. And doesn't mean you'll be seated where you can even see it... so if Wishes is at 8pm, you'd really need at least a 730 or earlier PS to ensure you'll be seated in time.
i wouldn't push it my first night. I'd spend that night hanging out at the hotel, checking things out, and eating a leisurely dinner. Maybe head to the Boardwalk and wander around there or something. Then on another night, plan for Ohanas and Wishes and the parade.

One other thing to note. We arrived in Disney on August 16th.
The Electric water pageant was cancelled til the 31st of August.
I would suggest calling Disney information to make sure it is going to be up and running again.
