We are planning a trip in Dec. that includes 9 adults, 4 children (ages 3 - 6), and one 2 yo. We will celebrate my brother's 65th, and he loves Italian. Considering the ages of the children, we think that Palio's and Alfredo's would be stressful. Since we will be in the MK, Tony's seems ideal, but the park closes at 6. I assume we would have to be finished and out by that time. I would appreciate any suggests, including off-site, that could handle the semi-civilized grandchildren.
Thanks!

I think you would have at least until 7:00 at Tony's but someone may be able to correct me. You might also consider Momma Melrose's at MGM or our favorite, The Hollywood Brown Derby. Each of these should be open later. Also, the park hours change for the weeks before and after Christmas. They are closer to summer hours so MK may be open later and so will Tony's. When you get to the 90 mark call for PS and ask for the time you want.
If you will definately be at MK other than those two weeks, call CRO and ask for latest PS at the 90 day mark. They can tell you what time that would be and how late you could stay. Just because the park closes doesn't necessarily mean they will run you out. Just keep in mind that the transportation to the park runs 'til one hour past closing time.

Portobello Yacht club at Downtown Disney has very good Italian food. We ate here for the first time last year and just loved it.

Magino's at the SoG resort.
It's right next door to the MK.
