Got two Disney ornaments from the above company in the mail today. Haven't a clue why. They say one is free, the other is on a trial basis. Buy it or send it back. Anybody else get these or have a clue why I did? I am not sure if this is the correct forum, but I thought it was worth a try. Thanks <IMG SRC="/infopop/emoticons/icon_confused.gif" alt="confused">

I'm always weary of those things. Usually, they will give you one free but from that point on, you will recieve another one every month or so for $20 (I'm just guessing about the cost). It's similar to Columbia house. And if you accept the free one, you're automatically signed up for it. But they're really nice and if you don't want to join the club you just call them and they will not send you any additional ornaments. Hope that helps you at least a little bit. :)

We belong to two Disney "book of the month" clubs through Grolier. With our last invoice, we got an offer that sounds similar to yours. We could order a figurine for free, and they would send us another one on a trial basis. If we accept, we get one figurine per month at a price of $9.95.
Grolier is a well know publisher of children's books, so I'm sure you have a legitimate offer.
What's strange however, is that they actually sent the ornaments to you (if I'm reading your message right). I don't believe you are required to pay for anything unless you actually ordered it. Regardless, if you like the ornaments and want to pay the monthly price, go for it. If not, just decline them and they will leave you alone.
