We've booked a couple dinner buffets, and my 13 year old is not very adventurous- he can eat the "kid" foods if nothing else appeals to him, right?
Yep. And you can, too, if you want. (Don't know why you would, but you can.)

I've eaten at several of the Disney buffets with my family and my two girls ages 7&9 always get whatever they want from whatever buffet they choose. The kids area is usually where all the good old comfort foods like mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese are located and heaven knows adults love them too!::yes:: ::yes::

At buffets, anyone can eat whatever they like. And thank goodness, since Boma was not what we expected and all of us attacked the kid's pod!
