I called the Disney Store & the person who answered was UNABLE to give me any ideas. Where was his Disney spirit?:confused:

It's special for dh as he now has 2 adopted daughters & we get to spend it @ WDW.

I thought about buying generic t-shirts then doing an "iron on" thing using the computer BUT, I've no experience w/ this.

HELP!!! please ::yes::

I don't know what your budget is but have you tried Zazzle.com (http://www.zazzle.com/collections/disneyinkshop/) ? They do a HUGE range of Disney t-shirts, in lots of different styles and there are lots of options, so you are sure to be able to get a particular character to add to that "personal" touch.

Wow, Zazzle.com has tons of stuff to create your own tshirts. LOVE IT!
Great ideas for Halloween. You can make a shirt and then buy accessories...........
My son is gonna be Bruce the shark, so I made him a shirt and bought him a shark hat from oriental trading company. Very neat!
Thanks for the site!

A note of caution. I used zazzle for tshirts in June. They basically unraveled at the bottom after one washing. After MANY emails the finally responded and gave me an RMA. I returned them over 7 weeks ago and still no refund! I've sent at least ten follow-up emails and no response.

Did you check www.disneystore.com? Once in do a search on 'create' - should give you 4 different choices for kids and adults. They are on sale now! They have about a dozen different pictures to choose from and you can add up to 3 lines of text with 36 characters on each (they don't all have to say the same thing). There is a cute "Family Portrait" type one with all the principle characters. You could say something like :

Celebrating [***] 40th Birthday
Walt Disney World
Month Day Year

*** Dad's, My Husband's, John's, Jim's, etc....

Hope this helps some! Good luck and have fun!
