Holiday Inn DTD or Elsewhere

I just received an e-mail from the HI at DTD advising of a special $49 a night rate.
Grosevnor has a $59 rate (doubtful this is a tower room).
Sheraton Safari has a $59 rate.
Doubletree Club has a $55 rate.
Fairfield Inn (Marriott Village) has a $55 rate (with fridge & cont. bkfst.)
Country Inn & Suites has a $55 rate (with fridge & cont. bkfst.).

The fridge and cont. bkfst. appeal to DH. I know there's a BK nearby and other places where we could eat a quick breakfast for $10.

I'm trying to decide which one to go with. Any comments, opinions and advice would really be appreciated. (I like the $49 rate.) TIA
