Has anyone else had a problem with Tiffany towncar not sending an email cinfirmation?Their site says you should recieve one within 24 hrs. I have used them before(no problems) but have not heard from them this time. I guess I will call, but I was wondering if something is wrong.

When I made a reservation on-line for my in-laws, I didn't receive an e-mail confirmation, but when I called, they had me booked.

I talked with TTC a few days ago via phone and was told they are having major server problems and their e-mail is hit and miss. I was comforted to know that they did have my reservation. I would call and confirm.

I have used Tiffany twice. The first time I called them twice and then e-mailed them to get a confirmation. The second time I called once and then sent them an e-mail to get a confirmation. The e-mail is the one that gets a response. I really like Tiffany but that isn't the only problem that we have had with them.
