I have little plastic chairs that you would normally see at a daycare. They have metal legs and the plastic seats. Well, I would like to use these for my dd's Princess birthday party in October, but I don't know how to disguise the colors! They range from yellow, blue and red. Everyone knows that Princess stuff is pink and purple! ;) So, how do I cover these chairs, so the little guests can have their own seats & it still look princessey? princess:

You could tie some inexpensive tulle around the tops of the back of the chairs with a big bow in the back...I have seen this done at wedding receptions & the look is 'so princessey'

depending on how many you need to make....little pillow cushions to sit on in appropriate princess colors

From what I've heard spray paint won't stick to the plastic. I know there's a spray paint for plastic, but I'm afraid that may take alot of it, and it's expensive. I am already waaay over budget on this party! I may have to do it though.

Why not have each color represent a different princess?

Yellow - Belle
Blue - Cinderella
Red - Maybe LIttle Mermaid (for her hair).

Put a sticker or a coloring page of each princess on teh chair. A bow would make it more princess-like, but I don't think you'd need to cover the whole thing.

Red- Snow White or Belle (the capes we sell at Walmart are red for Snow and Belle- White for Aurora and Cinderella)
