Thank you for the great helpful hints here at the DIS on how to get PS at CRT. We followed your advice step by step and were not even put on hold. My granddaughter's are so excited about having breakfast in the castle with Cinderella.
Now for all the post on here that I have read from you that your husband needs an extra push or pixie dust to be excited about your upcoming trip - I found the trick. My husband is a genius with technology and buttons and stuff, so I told him I needed his help to try and get through ( and I did - dialing with a cell phone in one hand and a regular phone in the other is hard -especially when your in a hurry, so I really did NEED him ). He gladly helped me and HE was the one that got through. Now he's letting everyone know, " HE " was the one that knew how to get the magic for us - He's excited to give this present to his granddaughters!! so now - we're ALL excited!
