Has anyone else used Budget car Rental and the fastbreak option? Do you have to go to the counter first or do you just go straight to your car? Also, when you sign up for Dollar rental car they mail you a free upgrade coupon does anyone know if you get this option with budget as well?
I am not used to renting a car so this is new to me do they automatically updrade your car if there are a lot of cars there at the time?
Any one have a preferrence bewtween Dollar or Budget or whoch is better??
