Last night I had my second WW weigh in. Down another 3 pounds for a total of 13.8 lost. My goal for this week is to step up my exercise.

BabyTigger99 - Woohoo!!! WTG!!!! You are off to a great start with WW. Keep up the fantastic work and I'm sure stepping up the exercise will make you lose even faster.

Remember: Dieting makes you look good in clothes but exercise makes you look good nekkid!!!
