I get to start! I did 4 mile Walk off Weight, Denise Austin's Daily workout and some arm exercises!

Let's get moving!

I'm on my way out the door for a walk. Beautiful weather here, hope it stays that way!

I went jogging this morning, 3.6 miles in 35 minutes. :D

Just got done doing WW Get Fit video. Really gives me a great workout and is only 35 minutes long.

30 minutes walk/jog on treadmill
30 minutes lower body
10 minutes abs

played soccer and ran along side kids on their bike ride . . . does this count? In the humidity, it sure felt like it did!

Got home late today (at 8) but still managed to put in a 5 minute quick jog on the treadmill and 15 on the elliptical.

I spent 100 min swimming today. :fish:
I did 1/2 mile lap swim, then spent the rest of the time swimming in the deep end ( no touching bottom or sdides, no flotation devices involved). :fish: :fish: :fish:

I did my WATP walking and jogging tape, equivalent to 2 and 1/2 miles.

I'm a day late reporting in . . . yesterday I ran/walked 3.17 miles on the treadmill.
