Dine and Dance at Downtown Disney

I read on allearsnet.com that Guests who dine at a full-service restaurant at Downtown Disney may present their receipt at a Pleasure Island Ticket Booth for a 20% discount off that night's admission. Offered Seasonally.
DW and I will be at a conference at WDW in mid September. We were not planning to purchase park tickets during our stay, but may like visit DTD (without kids :D).
Does someone know if September will be the season for this discount and will dinner at Wolf Gang Puck's café (not express) qualify for the discount?

I asked about the Dine and Dance discount when I made my PS for Wolfgang Pucks, but CM did not know anything about the discount. Maybe it was a promotion that happened a long time ago. But, I plan to take my dinner receipt to the PI Ticket booth and see if there is a discount.
