Milesource Redemption time?

It has almost been 6 weeks since I cashed out so I'm getting ready to start emailing them. I have never received my milesource redemption before, without having to fight for it first (beyond the 6 weeks). Has anyone else?? :confused:

I'm pretty sure my last one took about 8 weeks (I waited 6 weeks then emailed and it took about 2 more weeks after that). :rolleyes:

Just to update you.......dh got a response back from milesource saying that they're having "technical difficulties" and cannot issue gift certificates at this time. No mention of how long it will take to receive gc's. We are not pleased since it has already been 6 weeks. Any thoughts on the future of this program? :confused:

Uh oh! :eek: I just cashed out last week...looks like I may be waiting a while! I sure hope they're not "going under."
