I didn't see the exercise thread started for today yet so I'll do it.

I did a 30 minute Firm work out (cardio sculpt blaster). Who's next to tell us how they worked their body today?

I did 30 minutes on the treadmill and I did the firm body sculpt

Who else was moving????

I walked for an hour and did another hour with weights, exercise ball and abs. :)

Did 20 minutes on the elliptical. I get SO bored with it that I find it hard to go more than that.

Will probably do a video workout this evening.

I did 70 min bowling this afternoon & 50 min walking with DH yhis evening. That's a total of 120 min of exercise for me today.

I am in Sarasota at the beach.
43 minute walk on the beach this morning
40 minute walk on the beach this evening

30 minutes swimming, 60 minutes spinning and 15 minutes upper body work.

I did 1 hour of pilates and 35 min walk. :D

Well I started out with good intentions, I walked a mile at lunch time and figured I do my 2 mile WATP tape in the evening. We went out to dinner and got back a bit later than I expected. I changed into my exercise clothes and started to watch the Olympics and the next thing I knew it was 11:30, so I gave up on doing anything other than my mile. :rolleyes:

I did two workouts, jogging in the morning (3.6 miles in 35 minutes) and Curves after work. :teeth:
