I really gotta start doing my WATP dvd again. I will have to start checking in here daily again as the daily exercise thread always gets me going. :)

I was having finanical issues and was hunting for some work to do just as I was in middle of applying for a few position I got a call from lady who is my first home childcare client now. And so I get to work from home and be with my one year baby. :) But I really gotta get to bed early so I can wake up at 5am or so to do my dvd before the little boy(and in future 1-2 more) arrive for me to watch.

It is sooo easy to get off the exercise wagon isn't? Once you make up your mind though you feel alot better.

Melissa - you can do it! It's so hard to get restarted sometimes but once you do, it was like you never stopped at all. Getting up extra early in the morning can be a challenge but once it's part of your routine, you will find you just do it automatically.

Another ....Good Luck getting back on track!!! I too am "re-starting" today! I think , at least for me, the excercise is the key! If you get your workout in ....you might be less likely to eat something that you shouldn't later on that day! You wouldn't want all that hard work (excercise) to be for nothing now would you ?? ( It feels funny for me to give encouragement as I need it too...lol!) Maybe we can both have a great week ...at least in the workout department!

Good luck!!
