Hi to all

Anyone have any information on the new WW program they are coming out with.

What is it all about and when does it debut?

Thinking about joining and need information

Thanks!!

New program starts in 2 weeks. What I was told is they are changing over all their materials again...but you will have the choice of which program you want to do...the one we are on now or the new one. No clues on what the new one will be though.

I got the new Weight Watchers magazine yesterday. They mention a bit about it in there but not much. It says that you don't have to count...which seems weird to me. I believe you have a list of foods you can eat and it implies that you can eat unlimited amounts. I don't see how the heck that would work. You still apparently are alloted a POINTS total for the week.

It also says you can switch back and forth and therefore, somehow, avoid plateaus. I'm very curious but since I'm not a paying member, I'll be relying on others for information. I ordered a cookbook from Amazon quite awhile ago and it's publication was apparently delayed. I think this might be the reason. It's probably a POINTS cookbook and now they want to publish something that covers the whole Turn Around program.

Hi there! I'm a WW staff member, and I wish I could tell you about it!!!!!!! GRRRR!!! :)

The key word there is unlimited, and that's incorrect. I can't correct it for you, but you are still somewhat limited in how much you can eat.

You'll have a choice though. If you like your FlexPoints, you can stick with it. That's still an option on the new plan.

I remember when 0pt veggies were unlimited.

I still won't limit them. I didn't gain all this weight by eating too many veggies!

I signed up for the Fall pass---I'm on vacation 8/28 thru 9/4 but I'll be going to my first meeting on 9/6 so I'll report back then, if nobody else has.....
