FOTL vs Express Plus

We're new to all things Universal and need some help.

We're considering staying onsite to get FOTL but just read about the Express Plus passes.. wondering if anyone could give me a comparison of the two systems. I've read a lot about FOTL but not much about the express plus. Would appreciate opinions/experiences with express plus.

Fotl unlimited express access to most rides although recently at busy holiday periods only once per ride before 3pm on certain attractions after 3pm unlimited again exprees plus 1 express ticket per ride 1 time only:jester: fotl wins hands done:jester:
