I get to start again.

This morning I did 30 minutes swimming, 45 minutes on the treadmill and 30 minutes upper body work.

Who's next ??

wow - i feel pretty lame after your post florence!

i hit the path and covered just over 3 miles (jogged only .5 today)

I did 3.75 miles (mall walking, it's WAY TO HOT here right now :sunny: )

I concentrated on 'form' for this walk. I had just discovered that my stride was way too big and unbalanced. Paying attention to correct form made a HUGH difference in how I felt after the walk was done. My chiropractor is gonna be so happy! ::yes:: I know I am.

Will probably go for a swim this afternoon.....but it may really be more 'play time' than 'work out'.....but any additional body movement is good, huh?

Florence, all that in ONE DAY????? :earseek: :earseek: :earseek:

I walked 1.85 miles - better than nothing and that makes 5 days for me this week :bounce:

What can I say I am really motivated at the moment and I am going away for a week at the beginning of September with friends I haven't seen over the summer. I really want to impress them with all the weight I have lost. Plus if I am exercising I am not eating.

I did the Cathe High Step Circuit today and started on (but didn't finish) Christi Taylor's Totally Cool Step. Whew - it'll take me a few tries to get used to her choreography.
