I did the firm super body sculpt and cardio sculpt blaster today.

Sheree - Oh my! You did both those work outs this morning! Wow!!! Great job!!!

I did cardio sculpt blaster and used medium weights instead of light weights to bump up the intensity. Let's just say I felt the burn this morning! :tongue:

I went jogging this morning, 3.6 miles in 35 minutes.

I did upper body weights, abs and 1.6 miles on the treadmill. Today was aimed at speed not distance. I was able to go 5.6 mph for one mile. woo hoo

I did 4 Mile WOW, 30 minutes on stationer bike, upper body weights, and lunges! I'm beat!

Today I did Kathy Smith's Peak Fat Burning Workout (40 minutes). I hope to do some pilates matwork this evening. :)

30 minutes swimming, 40 minutes on the treadmill and 15 minutes upper body work.

DD and I walked this morning. It was a wonderful 65 degrees....Louisiana *August* Unheard of!

I did 20 minutes on the recumbent bike this morning before work.

That's all today. I'm still hurting (arthritis) & now a headache.
