Any recommendations, experiences, on good Sushi at the World?
Even better, a restaurant that has sushi and other menu items for that person who doesn't like "raw fish." lol
TIA,

Teppanyaki at the Japan pavillion at Epcot will do nicely, and if you don't mind a walk or a boat ride, there is also Kimonos at the Swan. Both have excellent sushi and sashimi, and well and a nice variety of cooked foods. Actually, the Swan has historically been the hotel that most Japanese tourists choose, so I expect they keep Kimonos to a higher standard (providing Japanese comfort food, as it were). we have generally preferred Kimonos for this reason, tho as I said, both have very high standards and IMO are a good value for money spent.
Enjoy!

Wolfgang Puck's in DTD also has excellent sushi. There is a bar you can sit at to eat and watch the sushi chefs as well.

California Grill has great sushi, if a limited selection. And a full menu for the non-sushi eater.

I agree with all the above posts. In addition, the sushi at Matsunoma Lounge in the Japanese pavillion at EPCOT is good. They have an appetizer and sushi menu. We usually stop in there for a drink and a small sushi snack!

Best for Sushi is Wolfgang Pucks--especially if others are not fans of it. There is an extensive menu there (and great wood fired pizzas!)
I have had sushi at many places at WDW and have enjoyed Wolfgang Pucks the best. The California Grill Sushi is good, but very high priced. WP's is reasonably priced also.
