Hrh Club Level King Suite

Just trying to figure out what a good rate might be for the king suite club level for HRH. I really need some advice on this room and if it would be worth the $$$$...any advice out there to convince me would be much appreciated!! Has anyone ever stayed in this type of room?

Yes, I stayed there twice before. The King Suite is a very nice room with lots of extra space. The only drawback is the bathroom does not have a tub, only a shower but it's a VERY nice shower. Any questions, I'd be glad to answer.

i was offered this room at (what i thought was a great rate) so I booked it. When I called to confirm the next day, after I received my e-mail confirmation, to be sure it was club level (which is what i had originally requested) they told me no it was not on club level so i cancelled it and reserved a club level room instead.

They have king suites on club level but the rates are higher. That is where I stayed both times.

yes, he told me that but he told me that i could not reserve it. what happened was i think i got a trainee when i called loews to make my reservation. i was on the phone for over 35 minutes trying to book a club level room. Then i asked for my loews gold upgrade and he gave me the king suite, then he was going to give me a reservation # and we would be all set. we were waiting for that to come up and there was an error on his computer so he went to get a supervisor and when he came back to the phone he knocked $100 off the room rate becarise i had waited so long on hold and i was very happy! Until i received my email confirmation which had no mention of the club level and that is when i called back to confirm and was told i had no club level....i wonder if the phone calls are recorded because i must have asked him 5 times to make sure this was club level and he confirmed it. what to do!!!

The name simply changes from King Suite to Club Suite when it's on club level. Maybe try asking for a club suite.
