At the food court in CBR they had these absolutely fabulous buffalo chicken sandwiches (which was just buffalo strips on a bun). I really miss those!!

All star sports foodcourt has a boneless buffalo wing sandwich...I guess you could get it without the bun. It is very good.

If they only carry real wings, but they also carry chicken tenders, you can ask them to toss you tenders in the wing sauce. That is all bonless wing are after all. I have done this before at many places.

ESPN club had (don't know if they still do) buffalo strips. You could get them in mild, medium or hot sauces and they were very yummy!

ESPN has them; they're called Dingers, and you can get them in mild, medium, fire or BBQ sauce.
